Thanks to a fellow photographer [thank you Heather], I was given the opportunity to meet and photograph an awesome family this past weekend. By awesome I mean the type of family that when you meet them you wish you were family too or you wish your family was just a little more like them.
The idea was to re-create a family photo they had done in the past and then come back the next night and re-create the photo again but with them in 1920′s costume. All I had to hear was costume and I was in. After the family photo we did some quick individual shots.
This was also the quickest, most organized, cooperative group of 17 people I have ever photographed.

Thanks Mikell! Sometimes I think we are so lucky to be photographers in Grants Pass and the Rogue Valley .. We have some great people around us!
